Aerodynamic Simulation
Our design is not only about a distinctive look - it is shaped by the wind itself. The side profile follows the flow of air, turning aerodynamics into a source of beauty. Through this round of simulation, we identified several critical areas and introduced additional flow-guiding features to ensure the air moves more efficiently around the vehicle.
Pressure Distribution & Structural Optimization
Fluid pressure analysis helps us understand how forces act on the body and directly guides structural refinement. We reinforced several key areas and designed a rational stress-dispersion system to prevent unwanted deformation and risks over long-term use. This means the vehicle is not only stable today but also built to remain durable for years ahead.
Ergonomics & User Experience
Ergonomic simulation brings us closer to real user experience even before the prototype stage. From spatial layout to daily interaction, we examine the balance between comfort and function. While physical validation will follow with the prototype, modern engineering technology already allows us to avoid unnecessary waste and create designs that are closer to reality. This rigorous process ensures reliability, durability, and long-lasting confidence.
